Department Manager in Training

This program is designed to teach you leadership tools to succeed. We will teach you time management, merchandising, maintaining inventory and stock levels, leveraging expenses, freight flow, multi tasking, strategic planning, and managing programs, people leadership, and how to drive sales in a home improvement environment.

We are focused on 4 primary categories- Kitchen Cabinets-Bath Cabinets and accessories-Windows and Doors-Flooring
Though we are titled as a surplus company, in our 8 years we have grown and expanded in many aspects outside of surplus.

Our hours of operation are;
Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Sat 9am-5pm
Sun 11am-5pm

This program is to prepare leaders for growth in our company, both in the Louisville location, as well as other and future locations. The Louisville store is our flag ship store, as well as the location for our head quarters. From this store, we want to be able to grow our leaders for the future and in doing so our company. You will be assigned a department tor run and grow during your training, and upon completion of the training program you will be eligible to apply for Assistant Manager positions.The ideal candidate will have leadership/management experience, big box retail, home improvement, sales, and or previous training. They will have a strong passion for the business, motivated to achieve, energetic, not afraid to get their hands dirty, and strive to out perform goals assigned to them.
