What types of flooring do you carry?
We carry solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank and tile (LVP/LVT), and waterproof rigid-core (SPC) flooring from brands like Mohawk, Pergo, Shaw, and Quick-Step. Selection changes often because much of our stock comes from overstock and closeout buys.
What’s the difference between luxury vinyl, rigid core, and laminate?
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) is a flexible vinyl floor that’s highly water-resistant and comfortable underfoot. Rigid-core (SPC) flooring adds a stone-composite core that makes it 100% waterproof and more forgiving over imperfect subfloors. Laminate has a wood-fiber core with a photographic wear layer — it’s very scratch-resistant and many newer styles are waterproof as well.
What’s the best flooring for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements?
For wet areas, we recommend waterproof rigid-core LVP or waterproof laminate. Both handle spills and humidity far better than hardwood, and click-lock floating installation works well over concrete basement slabs.
How much flooring should I buy?
Measure the square footage of each room and add 10% for cuts and waste (15% for diagonal or herringbone layouts). Because our stock is surplus and closeout, buy everything you need at once so your planks come from the same lot. Our team can help you calculate the right amount.
