7″ x 48″ Exotika Cyrus Luxury Vinyl Flooring 5MM – 12MIL

MSI Cyrus Exotika Luxury Vinyl Plank: 7 x 48 in., 5mm with Attached Pad

Exotika is a rigid core luxury vinyl plank from the MSI Everlife Cyrus collection, with light-brown tones, darker brown and gray-blue graining and a salvaged-wood look. Each plank is 7 in. x 48 in. and 5mm thick: a 4mm SPC rigid core plus a 1mm IXPE pad attached to the back. A 12 mil wear layer protects the surface.

The planks click together with a tap or angle locking system, so there is no glue and no separate underlayment. MSI rates the Cyrus collection as 100% waterproof and backs it with a lifetime residential and 6-year light commercial warranty.

It is part of the Big Floor Event at Builders Surplus, and quantities are limited. We stock it at both Builders Surplus stores, in Louisville and Florence, KY.

Where It Works

Cyrus works in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements and living areas, and it holds up well in busy homes with kids and pets. It is a popular choice for rentals and flips because it installs fast and cleans with a damp mop.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need underlayment?
No separate foam underlayment is needed because a 1mm IXPE pad is already attached. Over concrete, ask our team whether a moisture barrier is recommended for your slab.

How many boxes do I need?
Each box covers 23.77 sq. ft. Divide your square footage by 23.77, add 5–10% for cuts, and round up.

Can it go in a bathroom or basement?
Yes. MSI rates Cyrus as 100% waterproof, so it is a common pick for bathrooms, laundry rooms and finished basements.
