Dolomite 24 x 24 Rectified

Del Conca Dolomite 24 x 24 Rectified Porcelain Tile

Dolomite by Del Conca is a large-format 24 in. x 24 in. porcelain tile with a soft white, marble-inspired surface and delicate gray veining. Rectified (precision-cut) edges allow tight grout joints for a clean, nearly seamless look.

Porcelain is dense and has very low water absorption, so it is durable, easy to clean and color-stable for floors and walls.

It is part of the Big Floor Event at Builders Surplus, and quantities are limited. Special-buy tile is non-refundable, so measure carefully before you buy. We stock it at our Florence, KY store.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much tile should I buy?
Each box covers 23.25 sq. ft. Measure the room, add 10% for cuts and breakage (15% for diagonal or plank-offset layouts), and round up. Stock is limited, so buy it all at once.

Why rectified edges?
Rectified tiles are cut to precise sizes, so they can be set with narrow grout joints for a sleeker look.

What do I need to install it?
Use a good-quality thin-set mortar suited to the tile size, grout, spacers and a leveling system for large or plank tiles. Our team can help you pick the right setting materials.
