Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need underlayment?
No separate pad is needed because one is attached. Over concrete, ask our team about a vapor barrier.

How many cartons do I need?
Each carton covers 19.63 sq. ft. Divide your square footage by 19.63, add 5–10% for cuts, and round up. This is clearance, so buy all you need at once.

Can I return it?
No. Clearance items are final sale.
