    $1.69

This Red Oak #3 Common flooring has a size of 2 1/4″ x 3/4″ and is intended for those looking for a budget-friendly option with a rustic appearance. Please see the attached photo for an example.  Despite being classified as a lower grade, these floors can still be attractive when properly finished and have a lifespan similar to other ¾” solid floors. However, it’s important to note that #3 Common flooring may include splits, cracks, open knots, missing or broken tongues, and other milling defects. Many of these issues can be addressed by cutting off the affected sections or installing boards with broken tongues, but it may take additional sanding and filling to achieve a smooth, solid finish. This type of flooring is best installed and finished by experienced professionals, and the amount of usable flooring may vary based on individual preferences and the skill of the installer.
